Internal Assessment /CCE

The College, a constituent College of the Barkatullah University, Bhopal and is obliged to implement all directives of the University. It includes the system of internal assessment in all disciplines for all the courses. The mode of internal assessment is prescribed by the university under the various heads like group discussion, assignments, presentations, library reading and survey reports , preparation of poster, charts and modals ,semi-surprise class test, objective questionnaire, report writing, project work along with biography of leading personalities. Internal Examination is conducted at end of the session based on University exam pattern at departmental level. The Principal of the College monitors the effective implementation of the schedule.

1. The College adheres to the factor of student attendance in all assessments, which serves as an incentive for regularity and academic discipline.
2. The schedule for class tests and assignments are notified to the students in advance and uploaded on the respective departmental notice boards.
3. Each department verifies the internal assessment data of the students before it is put for display for the students to check. Evaluation of assessment tests and assignments are executed by the respective subject teachers within two days from the exam and submission of assignments.
4. Discrepancies or grievances of the students, if any, are assessed and resolved by departments before submission to the Principal of the College which is an interface between the College and the University.
