The college has a resourceful library with adequate numbers of books .It is fully computerized with soul 2.0 library automation software. It provides circulation service, search catalogue (OPAC) in local area of campus and reference service for library users. It provides physical and digital access to reading material, besides subject books the library also consists of periodicals, magazines, newspapers, books related to competitive examination, dictionaries, encyclopedias and 10 years unsolved papers. The college has a library committee to review the various library resources, proposals, so as to cater the needs of the clientele. The committee holds meetings, takes decision regarding upgrading the resources, documents and invite suggestions from students and teacher educators for further improvement, if any and to know about the reading interests. To ensure access to library documents and available facilities library orientation program is organized for students to make optimum use of library services Book bank facility is also available for the cognitive development of the students. The college library also supports the students with INFLIBNET and N-LIST facilities. It is Wi-Fi enabled and has a seating capacity of 50 users at a time. There is a reading room adjacent with the library. The library has well maintained reference section. Reference service to the readers is available throughout the year. Efforts are made to display new arrivals in a separate cupboard and later on to their subsequent subject areas. References sources are well organized in the reference area. Students are encouraged in the classes for making use of library resources for seminars, projects, lesson plans and other such activities. Library books are issued to the readers for 15 days. Latest journals and magazines are displayed on the tables in the file covers and magazine cabinet and readers are instructed to follow library rules and regulations to render better library services. All the departments have departmental libraries with vast collection of text books and other books for the sake of reading habits of the students.
